Waitress

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items when requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Handle billing and payments accurately.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in setting up the café/restaurant before opening and closing duties at the end of the shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
