Job Description – Waiter

Position: Waiter

Location: khar west

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a courteous and attentive Waiter to provide excellent customer service in our café/restaurant. The Waiter will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and present menus.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure correct orders are delivered.
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
Assist in setting up tables, arranging cutlery, and preparing the dining area.
Handle billing, process payments, and issue receipts.
Address customer complaints or forward them to the manager.
Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Support teammates and assist in other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
