Waiter/Server

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter to join our cottage team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, assist with serving meals and beverages, and help maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner.
• Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a waiter or in hospitality (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,026.92 per month
