Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-presented before and after each service.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests courteously and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages according to standard operating procedures.
Process billing and collect payments accurately.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.
Support team members during busy operations and contribute to smooth service flow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
