We are currently seeking passionate and professional Waiters/Servers to join our Food & Beverage team.

Position Overview:

As a Waiter/Server, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience for every guest. You will represent the resort’s high standards through attentive service, polished presentation, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and courteous manner.
• Present menus, explain specials, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
• Manage billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service.
• Adhere to all resort policies, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/server in a fine dining restaurant, hotel, or resort preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic POS and billing knowledge will be an advantage.
• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above.
