Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommend items to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling techniques.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables efficiently.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for processing payments.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Proficient in using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros, with basic math skills for cash handling.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
• Experience in guest relations and providing top-notch hospitality services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
