Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies). Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and take additional orders if necessary. Clear tables and clean the dining area after guests leave. Ensure all table settings are clean and well-arranged. Follow all restaurant health and safety regulations. Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Process billing and accept payments through cash, card, or digital methods. Participate in daily briefings and training sessions as required.
