Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at Fidato Hotels. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage table settings, serve food and beverages, and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Handle complaints professionally and courteously.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails is an advantage.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
