Job Description

As a VR Surgeon Ophthalmologist Consultant in Rohtak, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced ocular care and surgical treatment to patients. You will be responsible for utilizing cutting-edge technology and techniques to diagnose and treat various eye conditions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centric care. Your key responsibilities will include performing complex eye surgeries with precision and expertise, diagnosing and treating eye diseases, injuries, and other disorders, utilizing virtual reality technology for surgical planning and execution, providing consultations to patients regarding surgical options and treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, participating in academic and research activities to advance the field of ophthalmology, maintaining accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with medical ethics and standards of care, participating in continuous professional development and training, and engaging in community outreach and education initiatives. To qualify for this role, you must have an MD or equivalent degree in Ophthalmology, board certification or equivalent in Ophthalmology, a minimum of 5 years of experience in ophthalmic surgery, proficiency in using virtual reality technology for surgical procedures, strong surgical skills and ability to handle complex cases, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, commitment to ongoing professional development and learning, in-depth knowledge of ocular anatomy and physiology, and a demonstrated commitment to patient care and safety.
