Key Responsibilities:

Head the
Quality Control department
ensuring compliance with cGMP & international regulatory guidelines.
Lead a
QC team of 150–200 employees
, driving efficiency, compliance, and technical excellence.
Oversee analytical method validation, stability studies, raw material, in-process & finished product testing.
Ensure readiness for
regulatory inspections and customer audits
at all times.
Maintain world-class laboratory systems and instruments (HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, ICP, etc.).
Collaborate with QA, Production & R&D for continuous quality improvement.
Excellent
leadership, decision-making & cross-functional collaboration
skills to drive a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
