Job Summary

SAP S/4 HANA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall IT strategy, planning, and execution across multiple manufacturing facilities and corporate offices.
  
• Oversee end-to-end

  SAP S/4 HANA implementation, upgrades, integration, and support

  , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, SCM, QA/QC, R&D, Finance) to streamline processes through digital solutions.
  
• Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud systems, data centers, networking, and cybersecurity.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific

  IT regulatory standards

  (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity).
• Drive automation, digital transformation, and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.
  
• Vendor management and contract negotiations for IT solutions, licenses, and services.
  
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team capable of supporting enterprise-wide IT initiatives.
  
• Prepare and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost optimization and ROI-driven IT investments.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  

• 16+ years of progressive IT leadership experience

  in

  Pharmaceuticals / Chemicals / API manufacturing industry

  .
• Proven track record of

  SAP S/4 HANA implementation & management

  .
• Strong exposure to

  manufacturing IT systems

  , including LIMS, MES, DCS, and automation tools.
• Expertise in

  cybersecurity, cloud computing, IT governance, and data privacy regulations

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to align IT initiatives with business growth, scalability, and regulatory requirements.
