Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts, Billing & Banking

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, billing, and banking operations.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely transaction processing.

Accounts Management

  • Maintain and review accurate financial statements and records.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal policies.

Bill Verification

  • Review and validate all incoming invoices and supporting documents.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness of vendor bills.

Export Consignment Supervision

  • Manage documentation and compliance for export consignments.
  • Liaise with customs and relevant authorities to ensure smooth shipment processes.

Direct & Indirect Taxation

  • Manage payroll taxation, GST, TDS, and other applicable tax compliances.
  • File timely tax returns and ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws.

Government Liaison

  • Act as the point of contact with government authorities for compliance, approvals, and documentation.
  • Manage statutory permits, inspections, and other regulatory interactions.

Cash & Bank Management

  • Monitor and control cash flow and banking transactions at the plant level.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare cash flow reports.

Land & Asset Management

  • Support land/property-related documentation and transactions.
  • Ensure proper handling of legal and compliance aspects of company assets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in Finance / M.Com with a bachelors degree in commerce.
  • Minimum 46 years of relevant experience in accounts & finance, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
