VP- IT Sales

Pitangent Analytics is looking for a Vice President – IT Sales to join our leadership team and drive our revenue growth across global markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Lead and expand the IT sales division, developing strategic plans that align with company goals
2) Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets3) Build and mentor a high-performing sales team4) Foster long-term client relationships and drive Client-level engagements5) Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to create winning solutions

6) Lead large enterprise deal closures and manage key client relationships

7) Track KPIs and ensure revenue targets are achieved quarter over quarter

Experience :
15+ years of experience in IT services/software sales (preferably in B2B enterprise segment) & 8+ years in IT Sales leadership

Skills:
1) Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, or managed services

2) Proven success in selling services across Cloud, Digital Transformation, Application Development, Managed Services, etc.
3) Exceptional leadership and communication skills

4) Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex negotiations
5) Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making6) A network of decision-makers across industries is a big plus

7) A go-getter attitude with a passion for building from the ground up

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
