Role & responsibilities Lead & execute B2B demand generation across SEO, paid media, ABM & digital growth channels. Own the strategy to scale website traffic to 1M+ visitors per month while maximizing engagement & conversions. Leverage AI-driven marketing & analytics to track performance and optimize pipeline acceleration. Build & mentor a high-performing digital marketing team in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. Oversee brand storytelling, content strategy & thought leadership to enhance visibility and credibility. Preferred candidate profile Demand Generation & Growth Strategy Drive pipeline acceleration through SEO, paid media, ABM & automation. Website Growth & Conversion Optimization Develop high-impact website strategies, UX/UI improvements & A/B testing to fuel traffic growth. Marketing Operations & Analytics Implement AI-driven insights, CRM integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce), and ROI tracking to measure and optimize success. Brand & Communications – Amplify NetCom Learning’s brand voice across social media, PR, and influencer marketing. Leadership & Innovation – Stay ahead of AI-driven marketing trends, mentor a high-impact team & drive strategic initiatives.
