Responsibilities Key Deliverables Leads annual digital strategy roadmap aligned to marketing goals through the digital marketing managers for focus brands - creative, media, data tech. Leads digital marketing for blockbuster Product Launches - Digital Bookings, Buzz, Digital Launch strategy development Spearheads consumer journey personalization based digital marketing - content, media, data, tech enhance and drive adoption for ACE digital products across key focus brands - GA360, Sitecore, DMP, Marketing cloud, Datorama, Ad serving maintaining always on presence on Digital and ensuring ROI on all digital initiatives Create plan, strategy and execute integrated digital marketing campaign for key brand and range initiatives to generate awareness, engagement, consideration and enquiries basis business KPIs. Works closely with Digital head to develop annual and campaign digital marketing strategy aligned to marketing objectives by studying market insights, competition data and identifying future trends. Works closely with brand teams, ADC and agencies to ensure readiness and execution of media plan ( paid owned earned), social and content strategy. Works closely with Digital head to identify new and best technology, practices and initiatives marketing team across the digital space - creative, media, data and tech. Measures and reports performance of overall and key digital marketing campaign against goals (ROI and KPIs) - weekly, monthly, quarterly. Look after budget efficiency and planning, operations and timelines for all key digital projects Managed the Influencer Strategy Preferred Industries Media Entertainmen Marketing Comm Advertising/Marketin Education Qualification Bachelor of Information Technology; MBA in Marketing; MBA General Experience 8+years of experience in Digital Marketing - agency or client side experience preferably in BFSI/Automobile/Dot com/ Technology Critical Experience 6-7 years of experience in all aspects of digital marketing with an ability to judge campaign ideas and self drive campaigns executions on tight timelines A working knowledge of all frontend and backend involving media plan ( paid owned earned), social and content strategy, sitecore based website, Lead flow and LMS, remarketing using martech tools, Analytics and reporting tools, SEO, ORM
