Role Overview: You will be stepping into the role of VP - Colleague Support Experience SS&T Lead at Barclays, where you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Colleague Support Team. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the colleague journey by automating, streamlining, and simplifying processes to improve the way colleagues interact with HR. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to understand colleague and advisor needs, preferences, and pain points. - Analyze colleague journeys to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall colleague experience. - Develop solutions based on internal data, feedback, industry trends, and best practices to refine backlog items and drive future iterations. - Collaborate with Change Delivery Leads, Journey Owners, and Scrum Masters to implement ServiceNow features such as Predictive Intelligence, GenAI-powered search, and Journey Designer in an agile manner. - Work closely with SS&T Leads and Service Delivery Leads to identify, deliver, and integrate changes. - Define and monitor KPIs to ensure benefits realization. - Ensure platform changes align with strategic objectives and priorities. - Manage and mitigate risks to support the control and governance agenda. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree is a must. - Profound expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules and platform capabilities to enhance service delivery. - Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans and platform features. - Strong analytical skills with interpretative thinking to define problems and devise innovative solutions. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and negotiate effectively for desired outcomes. Additional Company Details: The location of the role is in Chennai, IN. Note: The purpose of the role is to focus on understanding client needs, improving client journeys, developing client-centric products and services, and enhancing client satisfaction. The accountabilities include executing research to understand client needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience, developing client-centric strategies, and analyzing the competitive landscape to incorporate industry trends into product offerings. Vice President Expectations: - Contribute to setting strategy, driving requirements, and recommending changes. - Manage resources, budgets, and policies while delivering continuous improvements. - Demonstrate leadership behaviours to create an environment for colleagues to excel. - Advise key stakeholders on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment. - Collaborate with other areas of work to support business strategies and goals. - Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of organizational functions to contribute to business goals. - Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought and innovative problem-solving. - Build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders to achieve key business objectives.
