Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute brand vision, mission, positioning, and messaging across all channels.
Lead creative and marketing teams to create impactful brand campaigns and communication initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency and integrity internally and externally.
Analyze market trends, competitor brands, and customer insights to adjust branding strategies.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align brand strategies with overall company goals.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for branding projects.
Develop partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor brand performance through metrics and present insights to senior leadership.
Oversee crisis communications affecting brand reputation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in senior marketing or branding roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
Strong strategic thinking, creative vision, and communication skills.
Experience managing large teams and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Deep understanding of market research, digital marketing, brand equity measurement, and intellectual property.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
