Volume Hiring Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring process for various roles (sales, support, operations, field staff, etc.).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments in line with job requirements.
• Coordinate large-scale recruitment drives, job fairs, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures within agreed SLAs.
• Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and manpower planning.
• Handle offer roll-outs, negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring (BPO, sales, retail, or staffing industry preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills on Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of HR tools, ATS, and MS Excel.
