Job Description

Key Responsibilities ; Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound calls from customers. Sales and Lead Generation: Explain products and services, persuade customers to purchase, and follow up on leads to convert them into customers. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a professional manner. Data Management: Maintain accurate call logs, update customer records, and manage customer databases. Performance Metrics: Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals. Reporting: Report on call outcomes, customer feedback, and market trends to a team lead or manager.  Qualifications and Skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent Fresher or Experienced Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, command of the language(s) of the target audience, and active listening skills. Technical: Basic computer skills and familiarity with telephone equipment Personal Attributes: Professionalism, persistence, ability to handle rejection, and strong negotiation skills.
