Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for

  international clients

  voice, email, and chat

• Provide

  technical support

  by diagnosing issues and offering accurate, timely resolutions.
• Adapt to

  night rotational shifts

  and work effectively across different time zones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred candidate :

• Education:

  Undergraduates / Graduates (Any discipline).

• Experience:

  Freshers and candidates with relevant international voice/technical support experience.

• Communication:

  Excellent

  English communication skills

  (verbal and written).

• Flexibility:

  Willingness to work from office and in

  night rotational shifts

  .

• Technical Skills:

  Basic to good technical knowledge; ability to understand and troubleshoot common technical issues.

• Computer Skills:

  Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and multiple applications simultaneously.

  printer configuration, installation, and connectivity problems

  real-time technical assistance

  while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Clearly explain technical solutions in a simple and understandable manner.

Preferred candidate :

• Education:

  Any Graduate or Under Graduate.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  1+ year of experience in International Technical Support

  (mandatory for experienced role).

• Freshers

  with

  strong technical knowledge and communication skills

  are considered.

• Technical Skills:

  Hands-on experience in

  hardware and software troubleshooting

  .
• Prior experience with

  printer configuration, installation, and issue resolution

  is preferred.

• Sales Exposure:

  Proven experience in

  upselling and cross-selling

  during customer interactions.
