As a Voice and Accent Coach Trainer/ Specialist/ Lead at our company located in Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, you will be a key member of the training team, responsible for shaping the communication skills of new hires and supporting the ongoing development of our frontline agents. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive language, voice, and accent training during pre-process sessions. - Teach grammar fundamentals, pronunciation, and communication etiquette. - Conduct call handling sessions during process training when necessary. - Assist in recruitment by conducting voice and accent screening interviews. - Maintain detailed training reports to share with the Training Manager. - Monitor and audit agent calls to assess voice, language, and call handling. - Record scores and observations using standardized forms. - Provide constructive feedback through personalized coaching sessions. - Support performance improvement initiatives, particularly focusing on bottom performers. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Voice and Accent Coach or Language Trainer. - Strong command of English grammar, pronunciation, and neutral accent training. - Experience in call monitoring, coaching, and performance feedback. - Willingness to work night shifts to align with US business hours. - Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
