Role Overview

The Voice Coach will be responsible for enhancing communication skills, voice modulation, accent neutralization, and overall verbal effectiveness of customer service representatives in a BPO environment. The role focuses on improving customer interactions, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in every call.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice & Accent Training: Conduct sessions on accent neutralization, pronunciation, intonation, and clarity.
• Communication Skills Development: Train employees on grammar, vocabulary, and effective verbal communication.
• Call Simulation & Feedback: Monitor live and recorded calls, provide constructive feedback, and design improvement plans.
• Soft Skills Coaching: Enhance customer empathy, tone, and confidence in voice delivery.
• Training Material Creation: Develop modules, role plays, and practice exercises tailored to business needs.
• Performance Tracking: Assess trainees progress and maintain reports for management review.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Quality and Training teams to align voice coaching with business goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 15 years in BPO industry with at least 1–2 years as a Voice Coach/Trainer.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline; certification in voice/accent training preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong command of English (spoken & written)
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to coach individuals and groups effectively
• Knowledge of customer service dynamics in BPO
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required including night shifts. 5days working - 2days Rotational offs.
