As a Training Specialist , you will play a critical role in shaping the communication skills of our new hires and supporting the continuous development of our frontline agents. Key Responsibilities: New Hire Training Facilitation Deliver comprehensive language, voice, and accent training during pre-process sessions. Teach grammar fundamentals, pronunciation, and communication etiquette. Conduct call handling sessions during process training, as required. Assist with recruitment by conducting voice and accent screening interviews. Maintain and share detailed training reports with the Training Manager. Audit and Coaching Monitor and audit agent calls to evaluate voice, language, and call handling. Use standardized forms to record scores and observations. Deliver constructive feedback through personalized coaching sessions. Support performance improvement initiatives by focusing on bottom performers. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Voice and Accent Coach or Language Trainer. Strong command of English grammar, pronunciation, and neutral accent training. Experience in call monitoring, coaching, and performance feedback. Comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills. You will work closely with our team and be responsible for completing the following main tasks: 1. Participated in the research and development of linguistic rules. 2. Collect, organize, and annotate language data for AI model training and optimization. 3. Focus on the learning and auxiliary formulation of specific link standards in data production; data labeling, quality inspection, model effect evaluation; and training of labeling personnel. 4.
