Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice and Non-Voice Support professional located in Noida. The individual will handle both voice calls and non-voice interactions such as chat and email support. Primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires adherence to company protocols, accurate information documentation, and active participation in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in handling voice calls, chat, and email support
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Strong customer service skills and a patient, empathetic attitude
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the BPO industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous
