Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vocational Enterprises In-charge, located in Noida, sector 116. The Vocational Enterprises In-charge will be responsible for 2 main skill domains of Vocational Training - 1. CAFE & CANTEEN and 2. DIGITAL STUDIO (T-shirt printing, mug printing, bags) along with planning, implementing, and overseeing vocational training programs for individuals with special needs, especially from the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVE. Daily tasks include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with staff and external partners, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and developing strategies for getting pre-orders for hand-made products, cafe & bakery items, customized merchandise etc. The role also involves monitoring progress, preparing reports, and engaging with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development / entrepreneurship, vocational training, program management
• Strong organizational, leadership, and administrative skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Proficiency in planning, implementing, and evaluating vocational training programs
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Familiarity with fundraising, grant writing, and resource mobilization is a plus
• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, social work, education, or related field
