Company Description Sunrise Learning Foundation (SLF) is a non-profit non-government organization that empowers people with special needs and their families. Registered as a Trust under the Indian Trusts Act 1882, SLF also holds registration under sections 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act 1961, as well as under FCRA, CSR-1, and Niti Aayog. SLF is dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with special needs through various support programs and initiatives. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Vocational Enterprises In-charge, located in Noida, sector 116. The Vocational Enterprises In-charge will be responsible for 2 main skill domains of Vocational Training - 1. CAFE & CANTEEN and 2. DIGITAL STUDIO (T-shirt printing, mug printing, bags) along with planning, implementing, and overseeing vocational training programs for individuals with special needs, especially from the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVE. Daily tasks include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with staff and external partners, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and developing strategies for getting pre-orders for hand-made products, cafe & bakery items, customized merchandise etc. The role also involves monitoring progress, preparing reports, and engaging with stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in business development / entrepreneurship, vocational training, program management Strong organizational, leadership, and administrative skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards Proficiency in planning, implementing, and evaluating vocational training programs Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Familiarity with fundraising, grant writing, and resource mobilization is a plus Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, social work, education, or related field
