The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for VLSI/semiconductor roles, understanding the niche technical requirements, and sourcing top-tier talent for leading clients in the semiconductor industry. Key Responsibilities : Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for VLSI/semiconductor roles (e.g., RTL Design, Physical Design, DFT, Verification, etc.) Collaborate with hiring managers and technical panels to understand job requirements Build a pipeline of qualified VLSI professionals through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain detailed documentation Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth hiring processes Stay updated with industry trends and emerging roles in VLSI design and verification Show more Show less
