Job Overview: We are seeking passionate and motivated Trained Fresher /entry-level engineers to join our team as Analog Layout Engineer – Trainees. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates to begin a career in analog/mixed-signal layout design, working alongside experienced engineers and gaining hands on exposure to real-world semiconductor development. Key Responsibilities:  Assist in full-custom layout of analog/mixed-signal blocks such as: o Op-Amps, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, LDOs, Bandgap References, Comparators, etc.  Support layout development across technology nodes like 180nm, 130nm, 65nm, and advanced nodes.  Work under the guidance of senior engineers to: o Interpret schematics and translate into physical layout. o Perform DRC/LVS checks and fix basic layout errors. o Understand basic floor planning and integration concepts.  Learn layout optimization techniques for performance, area, and manufacturability.  Follow best practices related to matching, shielding, and symmetry in layout. Required Qualifications:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or VLSI.  Strong academic foundation in semiconductor devices, CMOS fundamentals, and analog circuits.  Basic understanding of layout concepts and EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso is a plus).  Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, technical environment.  Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred (Not Mandatory):  Exposure to layout tools (Cadence, Magic, etc.) during coursework or internships.  Basic knowledge of scripting (Skill, Python) is a bonus.  Academic projects or internships related to VLSI/analog design. � � Training Period  Duration: 4 Months  Stipend: ₹10,000/month  Mode: On-the-job training with hands-on tool experience and real-time projects  Evaluation: Continuous performance assessments throughout training � � Post-Training Employment Offer  Designation: Analog Layout Engineer – Level 1  Confirmation: Based on training performance and evaluation  Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 (subject to confirmation) � � Appraisal Policy  Annual performance-based appraisals  Compensation revisions based on individual contribution and company performance � � Terms & Conditions  Service Agreement: A mandatory 4-year bond with Siliconus.  Breakage Clause: Early exit or bond violation requires payment of a ₹7,00,000 breakage fee.  Training Period: Candidates will receive a stipend of ₹10,000/month during the 4-month training.  Employment Confirmation: Only upon successful completion of training and performance benchmarks.  Confidentiality & IP: Candidates must adhere to strict confidentiality and IP policies.  Mobility: Must be willing to work at any location or client site as per project demands.
