Job Description – VKYC Executive Position: VKYC Executive Location: Gurugram, Haryana. Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: +6 months About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support & VKYC Executives. The role is a mix of customer support handling and Video KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer-first mind-set, and the ability to handle both voice/non-voice queries along with KYC verification responsibilities. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Video KYC (VKYC): • Conduct customer verification through live video calls as per RBI/Regulatory guidelines. • Validate customer documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, and ID proofs. • Perform face match and liveness checks during VKYC sessions. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and KYC norms. • Maintain detailed records of completed verifications. ________________________________________ Skills & Competencies Required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi (regional languages are a plus). • Good interpersonal and customer handling skills. • Ability to multitask between support queries and VKYC calls. • Basic knowledge of KYC guidelines/financial services preferred. • Comfortable with using computers, CRM, and video platforms. • Attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance-oriented mind-set. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Minimum Graduate (Any discipline). • Fresher or up to 1 years of experience in VKYC / KYC. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
