Visual Merchandiser

Department: Sales & Showroom Operations

Reporting To: Store Manager / Business Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement attractive product displays as per brand guidelines.

• Ensure mannequins, racks, and shelves are well-arranged and updated regularly.

• Maintain balance between seasonal themes, promotions, and new arrivals.

• Highlight key products and fast-moving items for maximum visibility.

• Coordinate color themes, lighting, and props to enhance the shopping experience.

• Rotate displays to maintain freshness and customer engagement.

• Work with the sales team to promote high-margin and trending products.

• Provide inputs on customer preferences and product placement

• Support marketing campaigns with creative visual concepts.

• Ensure showroom cleanliness and brand display standards.

• Monitor competitor displays and suggest improvements.

• Follow safety standards in display set-up.

• Share daily/weekly visual display updates with management

. • Coordinate with store staff for smooth execution of display plans.

• Give feedback on stock requirements based on display & customer interest.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
