With a goal to open 10 outlets by 2030, Seven Years aims to become South India’s top multi-brand kids’ store — blending care, quality, and affordability for every family Job Summary The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is the face of the brand, playing a key role in creating a warm, helpful, and trust-driven customer experience on the retail floor. Responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, offering suitable product solutions, and ensuring a seamless billing or checkout experience, the CSA ensures every family leaves satisfied and cared for. This position is critical in shaping brand loyalty, influencing buying decisions, and driving repeat visits, especially in a store environment that caters to young parents, babies, and toddlers. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Engagement & Sales Support Greet every customer with warmth, empathy, and enthusiasm. Understand customer requirements (e.g., age of child, intended use, safety concerns) and provide product suggestions accordingly. Assist in finding products, explaining usage, features, and care instructions. Actively promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and complementary products (upsell/cross-sell). 2. Personalised Shopping Experience Build rapport with returning customers and offer continuity in service (e.g., tracking customer preferences, birthdays, previous purchases). Provide guided shopping to first-time parents or gift buyers with extra attention to needs. Assist elderly, pregnant women, and parents with small children with empathy and attentiveness. 3. Complaint & Query Handling Address concerns and resolve minor issues directly at the floor level. Escalate complex or policy-based matters to the Floor or Store Manager with proper communication. Follow up on delayed services or product issues if part of the customer experience journey. 4. Product Knowledge & Brand Representation Stay updated on product categories, safety instructions, warranties, and latest arrivals. Be familiar with baby care norms, safety recommendations, and product usage guidelines. Represent the brand confidently and professionally in language, grooming, and behaviour. 5. Store Support & Hygiene Ensure shelves, displays, and demo areas are clean, organized, and safe for child interaction. Arrange merchandise based on visual merchandising standards when needed. Maintain accurate placement of price tags, labels, and product details.
