Job Summary: The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Raise purchase orders (POs) and follow up for order confirmations and timely delivery. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers. Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill material requirements. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
