Job Title: Stock Auditor

Department: Inventory / Accounts / Audit
Reports To: Managing Directors

Job Summary:
The Stock Auditor is responsible for ensuring accurate stock records, verifying inventory, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining proper documentation. The role involves regular audits of physical and system-based inventory to support accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular physical stock audits across all warehouses, stores, or storage locations.
• Reconcile physical stock with inventory records and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting variances, issues, and recommendations.
• Verify stock movement, receipt, and dispatch records for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and internal policies.
• Coordinate with store managers, warehouse staff, and accounts team during audits.
• Assist in implementing improvements in inventory management processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive inventory and financial information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience in stock auditing, inventory management, or accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Work Environment:

• May require travel to multiple store or warehouse locations.
• Exposure to warehouse operations and physical stock handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
