The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in processing PO and Non-PO invoices, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, and maintaining strong control over financial documentation. Key Responsibilities: Process PO-based and Non-PO invoices accurately and within defined timelines. Perform 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice) for PO invoices. Ensure proper invoice coding , approvals, and compliance with company policies. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare reports and assist with audits as required.
