OUTWARD WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Outward Warehouse Executive

Location: Sholingnallur
Department: Warehouse & Logistics
Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Logistics Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all outward warehouse activities, ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
• Verify and prepare dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, packing list, etc.).
• Coordinate with the logistics team and transporters for vehicle arrangements.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading of materials.
• Maintain records of stock movement and dispatch details.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure correct products and quantities are shipped.
• Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to concerned teams.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and company policies in dispatch operations.
• Support inventory management and assist in cycle counts.
• Liaise with the sales and customer support team to resolve dispatch-related queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/outward logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of dispatch, transport coordination, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
