Visual Merchandiser

Roles and Responsibilities :

Visual Merchandising Execution

- Implement visual merchandising guidelines across stores to maintain brand consistency.

- Ensure product displays, mannequins, and window setups align with seasonal themes and marketing campaigns.

- Assist in planning and setting up in-store promotional displays and signage.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate branding elements into store layouts.

- Ensure effective space utilization and an aesthetically appealing shopping environment.

- Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to VM standards and provide improvement recommendations.

Store Support & Training

- Train store staff on visual merchandising best practices and display maintenance.

- Coordinate with store managers to address VM-related challenges and optimize layouts.

- Monitor and maintain the condition of visual displays, props, and fixtures.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze the impact of visual merchandising on store performance and customer engagement.

- Gather customer feedback on displays and suggest improvements.

- Track and report on visual merchandising compliance and store execution quality.

- Assist in evaluating sales data to refine display strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
