Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead showroom staff to ensure efficient customer service and sales performance. Handle escalated customer complaints or queries in a professional manner. Ensure merchandise is well-presented, priced correctly, and adequately stocked. Role & responsibilities Exhibit and promote high standards of visual merchandising adhering to the new KMP / visual merchandising guidelines • Develop creative and innovative visual merchandising solutions whilst consulting VM Concept and in line with VM standards • Manage visual merchandising expenses within budgetary guidelines • Ensure all sales opportunities are maximized through effective use of visual merchandising methods • Ensure effective merchandising layout are implemented consistently in relation to sales targets and store objectives • Monitor sales in relation to how this affects visual merchandising standards (slow / fast movers) • Conducts surveys, monitor competitors and understand the latest trends in home interior retail and interior design • Assess and recommend action to visual merchandising team regarding brand presentation issues, promotions and events, and training issues related to visual merchandising standards • Work with all Retail Managers, VM Concept and the visual merchandising teams in determining specific visual merchandising needs, such as fixtures, image photos and point of sale materials for the store • Develop and consistently execute seasonal merchandising standards • Re-merchandise displays, point of sales and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximize sales.
