The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, sales acumen, and experience in retail or showroom environments. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead showroom staff to ensure efficient customer service and sales performance. Monitor daily activities, manage staff schedules, and ensure attendance and discipline. Train and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Handle escalated customer complaints or queries in a professional manner. Ensure merchandise is well-presented, priced correctly, and adequately stocked. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and visual standards of the showroom. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the backend team for stock replenishment. Analyze sales data and generate reports to management on a weekly/monthly basis. Implement promotional strategies and upselling techniques to boost sales. Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
