Role & responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Carry out regular and relevant in-store training and enroll staff on relevant Learning and Development courses. • Ensure regular store staff meetings are carried out to communicate business goals and training delivered. • Maintain high standards of visual appearance throughout the store including all non-retail areas. • On the job product training knowledge to the staff members. • Ensure product planning, DMS implementation and excellent customer service. • Processing orders for delivery and follow up with the logistics department for executing the job in time. • Ensure that staff members adopt and adhere to the company dress code policy in order to promote a positive and professional image at all times Preferred candidate profile
