Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining store displays to enhance the visual appeal of products for consumers. Your role will involve staying updated on current trends to ensure that the displays remain relevant to shoppers. You will define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy. Your tasks will include creating visually appealing displays that guide customers throughout the store, as well as producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotional displays. To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser and possess demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio. Your background should include solid experience in field visual merchandising, encompassing window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilization. Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices is essential, along with a creative and innovative mindset. You will be required to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results. While a BS degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications, or a related field is preferred, freshers in fashion design are also encouraged to apply.
