Role : Shift Engineer
Job Summary:
The Shift Engineer is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and ensuring smooth operations of all technical, mechanical, and electrical systems during their shift. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and coordinating with other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor, operate, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and utility systems.2. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair work on equipment.3. Respond promptly to breakdowns, faults, or emergencies during the shift.4. Train and guide junior technicians/trainees as required.
Eligibility:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.Proven experience as a Maintenance/Shift Engineer in industrial, manufacturing, facility, or hospitality sectors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
