About the opportunity

We are pleased to announce a walk-in interview drive for Technical Professionals who are looking to build a rewarding career in Residential Property Management. We are seeking committed individuals with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and performance of electrical systems including transformers, switchgear, DG sets, lighting systems, etc..
Execute routine and planned preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and extend equipment lifespan.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults using test equipment and technical documentation, perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing teams to ensure seamless integration and functioning of HVAC, fire safety systems, and elevators.
Enforce adherence to electrical codes, safety standards and health & safety laws; conduct regular safety audits.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs and shift reports for management review.
Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

B.tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in managing residential property.
Strong understanding of electrical systems.
Familiar with utility maintenance activities.
