Visual Merchandiser

• Manage end-to-end photoshoot processes for product, lifestyle, and campaign shoots.

• Sourcing:

  Identify and procure props, backgrounds, fabrics, and dcor elements relevant to home textiles.

• Logistics Coordination:

  Manage shoot dates, team schedules, sample readiness, and transport arrangements.

• Props Arrangement:

  Organize and style sets to highlight product features, textures, and colour stories.

• Work closely with photographers, stylists, and creative teams to achieve desired output.

Image Quality and site presentation

• Review and approve final imagery before going live.
• Audit site visuals regularly to ensure image quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure product imagery is optimized for UX and conversion.
• Provide feedback to photographers and retouches when needed to ensure consistency and quality.

Digital Creative Coordination

• Create and deliver digital creatives for different teams including e-commerce and marketing.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and visual consistency across all online platforms.
• Review, refine, and approve digital creatives such as product renders, banners, and lifestyle imagery.

Cross Department Collaboration

• Communicate shoot status and image delivery timelines across departments.
• Work with marketing and merchandising to plan for upcoming visual needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years in photo production, e-commerce content, or visual merchandising.
• Strong eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Experience with digital asset management tools and image review workflows.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of photography basics (lighting, composition, resolution).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
