About the Role:

We are hiring a talented and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser with proven experience in home furnishings to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and the ability to translate branding and marketing objectives into visually compelling in-store experiences that inspire customers .

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies for showrooms and retail spaces.

Design floor plans and 3D visual displays to highlight seasonal collections, new arrivals, and promotions.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop thematic displays aligned with the brands identity.

Ensure product presentation standards are maintained across all display zones.

Monitor stock levels and work closely with inventory and sales teams to ensure display accuracy and rotation.

Analyze sales reports and customer behavior to evaluate merchandising effectiveness.

Supervise VM setups during new store openings, special events, and exhibitions.

Train store teams on visual merchandising guidelines and standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, specifically in the home furnishings or interior decor sector.

Strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of color, layout, and design.

Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and visual planning software.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
