As a Visual Merchandiser based in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the store aesthetics in alignment with the adidas brand strategy. This full-time, on-site position will require you to create appealing window displays, optimize product arrangements for increased sales, and collaborate with sales and retail teams to ensure that products are showcased according to brand guidelines. Your daily tasks will involve fostering an enriched customer shopping experience through your creative input and attention to detail. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with a background in retail and sales environments. Proficiency in developing and maintaining window displays, as well as the ability to craft presentations and simulations for window proposals, are essential requirements. A creative mindset, coupled with prior experience in visual merchandising or a related field, would be advantageous. While a degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or a related field is preferred, candidates with relevant experience and skills will also be considered. Please note that this position necessitates occasional travel to various cities across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
