We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for design, and the ability to create stunning visual experiences in our showroom that inspire customers and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative visual merchandising concepts aligned with Mingler’s brand aesthetics.

Plan and execute showroom layouts, window displays, and product presentations to maximize visual appeal and sales impact.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaign launches and promotional events.

Maintain brand consistency across all displays and ensure the showroom reflects Italian luxury and craftsmanship.

Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to continuously improve visual storytelling.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design,

related field.

1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the furniture, interior, or fashion industry

Strong sense of style, color coordination, and spatial design.

Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.) will be an added advantage.
