Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser at the company, your role will involve enhancing the visual presentation of stores and ensuring that product displays align with the brand identity. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies for stores. - Design attractive product displays to drive sales and highlight key promotions. - Ensure visual standards are consistent across all stores. - Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to align displays with campaigns and seasonal themes. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and properly displayed. - Conduct regular store visits to evaluate displays and provide improvement suggestions. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor displays, and innovative merchandising techniques. - Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role. - Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail trends. - Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is an advantage. - Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Flexibility to travel and visit multiple store locations if required. Education & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in retail visual merchandising is preferred.
