We’re building the most design-forward packaging company, and we need a Visual Designer who’s got serious taste and obsession with storytelling.

ECOERA works with some of the coolest D2C brands in skincare, fashion, food, gifting, and home, the kind you double tap on Instagram before you even try the product.

Now imagine your designs shaping how those brands look and feel in people’s hands. That’s the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing scroll-stopping packaging mockups, Instagram reels, carousels, stories, and branded content
• Turning simple briefs into compelling visual stories
• Owning and evolving the visual identity of ECOERA across all platforms
• Turning live client projects into high-quality case study content
• Working closely with the founder for fast, collaborative execution, no layers, no approval chains

Who We’re Looking For

• You have an eye for design, you don’t need a brief to know what looks good
• You geek out over typography, layout, color theory, and composition
• You believe packaging design is an art (or you're excited to learn how to make it feel like one)
• You're fast, proactive, and open to feedback
• You know your way around Canva, Figma, and Adobe Suite
• Bonus: You can edit reels/videos (and enjoy doing it!)
• Extra bonus: You understand how to design with performance in mind, not just what looks good but what works

• Creating content and packaging that drives engagement and builds brand value
• Helping maintain and evolve a strong, consistent visual language for ECOERA
• Producing work that stands out and gets noticed, both by clients and our online audience
