Responsibilities

• CREATE

  Platform-native, scroll-stopping creatives for social, ads, and digital campaigns

• OWN

  The visual identity and expression of brand narratives across all channels

• APPLY DESIGN THINKING

  Bring structure, research, and storytelling to design problems

• COLLABORATE

  Work closely with content & strategy teams to build cohesive experiences

• DESIGN WITH CONVICTION

  Present your work with confidence and intent

Requirements

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout, and motion design
• Familiarity with video editing, animation, and social media formats and platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sharp eye for detail with a passion for storytelling through visuals
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality
• Ability to work with multi-functional teams and collaborate
• Ability to conceptualise visuals based on requirements and add value to businesses, brands &
• people
• Awareness of emerging AI-based design tools (is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing social, marketing, and campaign work
• Excellent visual communication and detail-oriented execution.

Bonus:

Experience

• 0 to 2 years

  of hands-on design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates both static and motion work
• Degree in fine art, design or a related field is a plus
