deMasters is a creative design studio specializing in UI/UX design, visual and graphic design, research and strategy, and brand building. We design digital experiences that are intuitive, meaningful, and visually strong. Responsibilities

• Design UI screens, layouts, and visual systems for websites and digital products
• Create illustrations, graphics, and visual creatives for marketing, hiring, and brand campaigns
• Design assets for pitch decks, presentations, and corporate collaterals
• Work on both digital and print creatives with a strong focus on UI/UX principles
• Use our proprietary design software as a beta user and contribute to improving the product
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Essential Requirements

• Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, layout, spacing, colour theory, and typography
• Good eye for aesthetics with attention to detail and consistency
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Sketch
• Ability to design both interface visuals and graphic creatives
• Comfortable working with MS Office for corporate and presentation design
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritise effectively
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and design formats

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on website UI, UX visuals, or design systems
• A portfolio that demonstrates visual thinking, problem-solving, and passion for design
